If you provided feedback previously and are not satisfied with the response, you can escalate your feedback to the PTV Customer Advocate. Please note: you must have already raised your feedback and received a response in order to escalate to the PTV Customer Advocate.

Alternatively, you can lodge unresolved complaints about public transport operators (including PTV) with the Public Transport Ombudsman and you are not required to make an escalated complaint to the Customer Advocate first.

PTV will use Personal Information you submit as part of your feedback to investigate and respond to that feedback in accordance with PTV's privacy policy . If your feedback relates to a public transport operator, your Personal Information will be provided to that operator as part of PTV's investigation of your feedback. You may also be contacted by PTV or a third party engaged on PTV's behalf to complete a voluntary customer satisfaction survey about PTV's handling of your feedback.
