What information is recorded when you provide feedback?
We record each case and give it a unique case number for easy follow-up. In accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2000 any personal information collected is confidential and will only be used to help resolve your case. See our Privacy Statement for further details.

When will you hear back from PTV?
We aim to respond to your lodged feedback within seven business days.
If we cannot met these timelines, we will contact you and advise of an expected response time. We treat issues concerning immediate passenger safety and security with highest priority.
